Responsible for ongoing communications with clients, overseeing social media management, and creating impactful social media strategies that drive consumers to take action.

  • Served as a social media strategist playing a key role in attracting and retaining new business for the marketing agency, including meeting prospective new clients and brand executives with the intention of signing new brands with the agency to partner on creating an engaging social media presence.

  • Reviewing monthly client social media content calendars to ensure voice, tone and brand consistency across the portfolio of clients and provide feedback and copyedits to internal social media managers on the agency team.

  • Working cross-functionally across the larger marketing agency to work in tandem with account executives and marketing directors to align social media goals with broader business goals for each brand in the portfolio.
